OVGME is the go to for basic modding needs. This works in all games. You need to start using this instead of dumping files into your directory. A lot of mods come OVGME/JSGME ready. JSGME is the older, outdated version of this.

There are many modified sequences on the ED files page. They are worth the download and must go into your main game directory and not saved games. 

This is a small notepad that can be opened up in DCS world. It has the ability to automatically copy coords from the F10 map into the notepad. If you're not using The Way app to enter coordinates this is a great alternative. No longer do you have to hold your mouse steady and write notes down.…
